Just a picture I found on the internet today of what I tried for lunch...French Snails! I had three and a half big ones with the mayonnaise sauce, and then decided this little luxury item was not my cup of tea :) Yesterdays mussels didn't do so well with me either...but they were a little less, slimy shall we say? I have a big feeling escargot is on the menu soon.
